Here are a few finds from around the web this week. There’s a little something for everyone, including small biz owners, creatives, and all human beings. Enjoy!
The Nectar Collective is shifting its focus to from web design to business advice, and so far it’s all been highly useful, including a robust list of Facebook groups for entrepreneurs and bloggers. (Did you even know that was a thing? I didn’t!)
Maybe this one isn’t reading so much as watching – it’s a longtime favorite, Marie Forleo’s MarieTV. This week’s episode on The Crazy Simple Stress-Busting Tool You’re Not Using (Yet) was a good reminder that sometimes you can show your stress who’s boss.
I’m just starting to follow Sarah von Bargen, but her insights on this post, Surprise! Absolutely No One Has It All Figured Out, spoke to me on so many levels. Relevant to entrepreneurs but also everyone, because the impostor syndrome doesn’t discriminate.
…and because I’m just devouring all the content on Sarah’s site, I’m also going to mention You Can Be Your Business’s Why (which takes inspiration from another one of my recent faves, Hilary Rushford). A good reminder when the “doing your own thing” path can feel indulgent at times.
(And a bonus: This one’s not really reading, either, but it’s reading-related! Mindy Kaling’s new book comes out next week, and this little trailer just says it all.)
I’d love to know what you took away from any of these reads!
